Sermon Recap:

Follow Me Series: Come, Come Again

Matthew 6:25-33, 7:7-12

"If that's how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and thrown into the furnace tomorrow, won't he do much more for you- you of little faith?... But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you.

Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened... If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask him."

SEEK & COME

  • When we practice, we will fail, because we are broken people. But God already know that.

  • Fear can stop us. Fear of failure makes us frozen. Fear is the voice of the enemy.

  • When we fail, God's invitation to us is to SEEK him, to keep COMING AGAIN.

  • Will you let Jesus be your Teacher and your Coach? Will you let him teach you when you fail?

Sermon Notes

  • Write one or two things that you are not very good at that you want Jesus to help you with on your "Prayer Requests" section on the Sermon Notes page

  • For example: Not wanting to read Bible, gets distracted during service, lies to parents, etc.

  • Then if you'd like, take a picture and share it on our Hangouts tab on our website!
